The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.herningchallenge.dk. Businesses do not have the right of withdrawal
Payment and delivery
We accept payment via (not yet set up)
If you use an international payment card (such as Visa or Mastercard), the order amount will be reserved in your bank account immediately. In case of a cancellation, the reservation of the amount will typically be canceled/released after 1-2 business days. However, some banks can take up to 30 days to cancel a reservation
The amount will only be deducted when the item is shipped
If you have ordered multiple items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when the item is shipped
Prices are listed in danish kroner. Shipping costs must be added to the price. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. A payment fee may be added, depending on the chosen payment method
We strive to ship your order within 5 days of your purchase
We deliver the goods with (we only offer pick up)
We deliver to Denmark
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel a contract without giving reasons within 14 days
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods
If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the withdrawal period starts from the day you or another person you have chosen (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You cancel by notifying us that you wish to cancel. For example, you can send a letter or e-mail stating that you wish to cancel to Herning Challenge ApS, Fuglsang Torv, 7400 Herning, 71 11 51 26, info@herningchallenge.dk
You can use the standard legal withdrawal form
, but it is not mandatory. The withdrawal form can be found at the end of the order confirmation
The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired
Return of the goods and return costs
If you have canceled the purchase of an item, you must send or return the item to Fuglsang Torv, 7400 Herning without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the 14 days
Items cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery
You must pay for the return of the item yourself
Refund of money in case of withdrawal
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees of any kind as a result of the refund
Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
You may normally examine the goods in the same way as you can and may in a shop, but you may not put them into use. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed in a shop and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you should expect us to deduct the depreciation in value from the amount you should get back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase price
You must return the item in its original packaging
You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the package(s) until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number
Complaints - If there is something wrong with the item
If you buy a product and there is a defect in it - e.g. a material or manufacturing defect - the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. You have a 24-month warranty, provided you make a complaint within a reasonable time. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be timely. You can return the item to us and explain what the problem is, preferably in as much detail as possible.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for dispatch. Save the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.
Privacy policy
We understand and respect the importance of privacy on the internet. We will not disclose customer/user information to third parties unless it is necessary to complete a transaction. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission
Information about complaints
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the House of the Boards, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via
the Complaints Portal for the House of the Boards. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board
As a general rule, it is a prerequisite for a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about has cost a minimum of DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits are subject to change. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed
The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints are filed here -
